World Small Wind Conference at Intersolar Europe 2017

Munich (renewablepress) - Small-scale wind and photovoltaic (PV) installations are increasingly being combined to create integrated hybrid solutions. Intersolar Europe (May 31 – June 2), the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry and its partners, is offering a new platform for stakeholders in the small wind, PV and energy storage industry: the World Small Wind Conference WSWC2017. Attendees of the World Small Wind Conference hosted by the World Wind Energy Association (WWEA) can learn all about business models, trends and market developments in the industry on June 1 and 2.

From small-scale wind energy through PV to energy storage systems, WSWC2017 on June 1 and 2 brings together manufacturers, producers and experts from diverse energy sectors. Over two conference days, discussions in Munich will center on innovations and business models as well as the future of the small wind market. Also being presented are innovative business models that can inject new life into the autonomous energy systems market. General conditions in the industry and markets themselves are likewise the subject of discussion, for instance in the session on “Markets around the World – Opportunities for Small Wind and Hybrid Systems”. The trends taking shape from this and the challenges that lie ahead for future small-scale wind projects are discussed in the session “Small Wind Technology – Current Trends and Challenges”.
