WPD AG: New executive committee for Spanish subsidiary SERSA - Ralf Ketteler and Nils Behr take over guidance

Bremen/Valencia, 15th September, 2006. The WPD AG extended the executive committee of its Spanish subsidiary SERSA (Valencia). In the future Dipl. - Oec. Ralf Ketteler and Dipl. –Ing. Nils Behr will lead the business of the project developer. They accede thereby the succession of Thomas Weyer, which developed and led the enterprise as an executive committee since its establishment in1999. Weyer left SERSA and returns again to Germany.

With Ralf Ketteler (financing) and Nils Behr (project development) two experienced executives are entering the management. Ketteler accompanies since five years as an authorised representative of the WPD International GmbH, the international expansion of WPD. Behr is acting since more than ten years for the WPD subsidiary EnerSys as a project manager and is already since the year 2002 responsible for the project development in the ranges wind energy and photovoltaic at SERSA.

„In the next few months it will depend on to guide some projects from an excellent starting position over a solid financing structures into the realization “, explains Ralf Ketteler.

„SERSA has a well filled project pipeline, which we want to execute in the coming years gradually”, Nils Behr supplemented. SERSA is actually represented with eight employees at the locations Valencia and Almeria. The emphasis of the planning of wind parks and photovoltaic constructions lies in Andalusia;further projects are planned in Castilla la Mancha, Aragon and Castilla y Leon.
