Deutsche WindXperts GmbH Sells 69 MW Onshore Wind Project to Exus Renewables in Germany
© CapcoraFrankfurt am Main (renewablepress) - Deutsche WindXperts GmbH has entered into a sales agreement with Exus Renewables regarding an onshore wind project, a 69 MW ready-to-build (RTB) development located in Harsewinkel, North-Rhine Westphalia. The project comprises twelve Enercon wind turbines, including seven E-175 EP5 turbines and five E-138 EP3 wind turbine generators. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2026, with commercial operation anticipated in 2028. Capcora acted as the exclusive M&A advisor to Deutsche WindXperts GmbH (DWXP).

The project has achieved full RTB status and is expected to commence construction shortly. The transaction was structured as a sale of project rights, conducted in parallel with negotiations for the turbine supply agreement. It highlights the continued strength of investor demand for high-quality, ready-to-build onshore wind assets in Germany.
