RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG sells 16 MW Wind Farm in Voyennes, France

Munich - RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG (\"RENERCO\"), a company of BayWa r.e GmbH, has sold its 100% shareholding in the company \"Voyennes Energies SAS\", owner of the Wind Farm \"Voyennes\" in the Département of Somme. Acquirer of the shareholding was a closed end fund managed by KGAL GmbH & Co. KG, a Munich based manager of real assets.

The installed capacity of the completed wind farm will comprise 16 MW, consisting of 8x Vestas V90 turbines. Via its French subsidiary, RENERCO remains responsible for the completion of the turnkey works.

During the operating phase RENERCO will be responsible for the commercial as well as technical operations management of the wind farm.

RENERCO has established a firm presence in the French market, having successfully installed 40 MW of wind energy. Further projects are currently under development.
