BES: Cooperation opens attractive markets and generates significant synergies

LA Waalre - Bio Energy Systems, a company specialized in generating electricity and heat out of biogenic waste material and energy use based on renewable sources, has just signed a contract concerning a majority holding with the German DDM (Deutsche Denk Mal AG).

The board of the not market listed company DDM (http://www.deutsche-denkmal.com), with its headquarters in Wiesbaden - BES also has a branch here - have proven themselves over the past 19 years as project developers, building promoters, marketers of energy-optimized refurbished low-energy residential estates as well as commercial property.

Together with permanent relief for the environment and lower utilities for the users, this specially developed system called \"Grüne Immobilie\" (a registered trademark of DDM since 2009 ) helps buyers to get cheaper loans and higher leasing returns.

The range of services of both DDM and BES complement each other well. BES profits both in the field of its core business with efficient biomass gasification devices as well as the semi mobile container central-heating boilers from the Enerlog Ltd. in which BES has a majority. Both facilities provide DDM with electricity and heat. DDM now can provide former third-party services in the field of regenerative heat and power supply inhouse and thus act as a full range supplier.

In a first joint project, BES has been assigned the task of providing the heat supply for restoration work on 40 living quarters on an environmentally friendly and energy optimized basis. With such projects the company wants to develop a market in its new line of work concerning \"energy efficiency\" and start working with solar technology, by building E-carports as well as to increase the usage of small hydro-electric power plants much faster as assumed initially.

In the next 30 months, DDM has planned concrete projects worth about €150 million Euro, of which one third is ready to sign. Three objects have already been bought. For all of the projects a return of 20% is intended. Thus BES will bring about considerable profits in the near future.
\"We look forward to introduce references and see bio energy systems head for fast and sustainable growth\" says BES chairman Ralph Brendler the actually ongoing deployment. A general assembly / shareholder`s meeting for the integration of DDM is in progress.
