BayWa r.e. sells 16 MW Everswinkel wind farm

Munich - BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH (BayWa r.e.) has sold Everswinkel wind farm in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Warendorf to Stadtwerke Stuttgart GmbH. The wind farm has 8 wind turbines and a total installed output of 16 megawatts (MW). BayWa r.e. was responsible for both the development and turnkey construction of the wind farm, and will continue to manage its commercial and technical operations. The wind farm was constructed in two stages. The commissioning of the first section in 2010 was followed by an extension of the site, which was commissioned this year.
