Ad-hoc release Phoenix Solar AG: Capital increase from authorised capital completed

Sulzemoos - The capital increase from the Authorised Capital 2010, which was resolved on 13 July 2010 by the Executive Board of Phoenix Solar AG, Sulzemoos (ISIN DE000A0BVU93), and approved by the Supervisory Board, has today been entered into the Commercial Register.

Upon entry of the capital increase into the Commercial Register, the share capital of the company was raised by EUR 670,200.00, from EUR 6,702,500.00 to EUR 7,372,700.00. The number of new shares issued amounts to 670,200.
