Ethos Partners announces closing of 300MW wind power transaction in Hungary

London - Ethos Partners Limited announces the closing of a strategic partnership, as part of which Aufwind Schmack GmbH Neue Energien has sold a 300MW wind project pipeline in Hungary to RWE Innogy GmbH.

The projects are at an intermediate stage of development, with initial planning permissions granted. Upon receipt of the construction permits later this year, the transaction will deliver a total volume of approx. 300MW installed capacity. As part of the overall transaction, Aufwind’s Hungarian development subsidiary, AET kft., was transferred to RWE Innogy.
