Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG listed in the Prime Standard as of April 21 2006

Hamburg, April 20 2006 - The Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be granting Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG (ISIN: DE0005250708/WKN: 525070) admission to the Prime Standard tomorrow, on Friday, April 21 2006. The prerequisite for admission in this quality segment is the fulfillment of high demands of transparency, which clearly exceed the legal minimum standard. The segment is particularly customized to companies also wanting to position themselves towards international investors.
